After being re-accredited by the AACSB, EDHEC Business School is again one of the very few institutions to boast three accreditations.
* AMBA (Association of MBAs) takes part in creating an international standard for postgraduate business education, whether for full-time programmes such as EDHEC Business School’s Global MBA or for part-time programmes such as the Executive MBA. The primary criteria for accreditation are: the institution offering the programme, the curricula and management of the programme, the faculty qualifications, the student body and follow up of alumni (student learning and ability as well as the value added to their careers by the MBA). EDHEC has enjoyed AMBA accreditation since 2003.
Managers taking part in AMBA-accredited programmes, full -time or executive, are thus ensured that they are taking part in high-quality programmes that are well suited to the needs of companies operating in an international setting, and that award degrees that are recognised internationally.
* EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) is a system of accreditation specialising in business and management schools. Accreditation is awarded by the European Foundation for Management Development, a Brussels-based foundation whose mission is to act as a catalyst to enhance excellence in management education, to foster teaching innovation, and to encourage internationalisation as well as close ties between institutions of higher learning and businesses. EDHEC has been accredited by EQUIS since 1999.
This recognition attests to EDHEC’s sustained achievements in terms of contributions to its larger community, of service to students, of governance, of relations with businesses and of the internationalisation of its programmes and curricula.
